Sheldon Dutes

Sheldon Dutes has been a news anchor at WESH 2 News since December 2020. He returned home to Orlando after working in Milwaukee, New York City, Baltimore and Charleston, SC. After graduating from Dr. Phillips High School, Sheldon earned a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He received his master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Marquette University.
In addition to serving on the Adult Literacy League’s board of directors, Sheldon is also a tutor for the organization. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and making playlists based on songs he Shazams throughout the month.
