Iced Gingerbread Coffee Recipe
Happy first day of fall! While the weather is still hanging out in the 80-degree section, I’m keeping cool with this iced coffee recipe.
If you’re one of those coffee drinkers who will drink iced coffee year-round, then this holiday coffee recipe is just for you.
We’re spicing up your chilled black coffee with a little gingerbread.
Why You’ll Love This Iced Coffee Recipe
- It’s filled with holiday cheer. Gingerbread is linked to the holidays, and if you’re looking for a way to add some spice to your iced coffee, you will love this drink.
- If you’re a fan of Starbucks Gingerbread latte, then this will be a comparable drink to make at home.
- It’s a simple iced coffee recipe with just a few ingredients.
- It’s versatile – if you’re not a fan of iced coffee during the colder months, you can also have it hot.
- It pairs well with cake, like ourLemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake Recipe with Mulberry Citrus Icing or Red Velvet Pound Cake.
Simple Gingerbread Coffee recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 10 oz of chilled Black Coffee
- 1/8 teaspoon of the gingerbread spice blend
- 2.5 oz of heavy cream
Directions:
- Make your black coffee. We use our Breville Espresso maker to make our coffee. Allow the coffee to chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. If you don’t have time for the coffee to chill, you can pour the coffee into a glass filled with big ice cubes, then pour the coffee back out into another glass and repeat this process a few times until the coffee is chilled.
- Add chilled black coffee, gingerbread spice blend, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed coconut milk into a co*cktail shaker. Shake what yo mama gave you for 30 seconds.
- Pour over into a glass filled with ice.
